Go around the perimeter of the store, then hit the frozen section in the middle and you should be pretty much finished your shopping! I always pick up my staples: fat free greek yogurt, frozen fruit, unsweetened iced tea, Luna and Cliff bars for my busy morning, Apples, the makings for trail mix (dried fruits, cinnamon roast almonds, and some yogurt covered raisins), hummus to snack on with pretzel things and broccoli, basil tomato and mozzarella for sandwiches, honey for sweetening, lemon juice for cooking and salad dressings with olive oil, and spinach for the base of my salads.
